Craig Richards asked a lot of questions about what we wanted from our investments and gave us clear information about the various options.  He could easily, in these turbulent times, have advised us to move investments here and there which would have earned commission but, with the help of the graphs and so on that he brought with him, we were able to understand how the last thing we should be doing at the moment is to make any moves until the markets are a lot more stable.  He also tracked down some separate missing investments which are now within his advice portfolio.  The fact he did not try to sell us anything was very reassuring.
